Imagine that you have a beautiful online portfolio where you can easily share your art with buyers. Now imagine the rewards increased exposure can bring. It’s now possible with Artwork Archive’s Public Profile Page.
Linked directly to your inventory, the Public Profile acts as a polished online portfolio showcasing your best work and making it easy for buyers to get in touch with you.
Here are three ways you can use this new feature:
1. CONNECT WITH BUYERS AND COLLECTORS
Showcasing your art to buyers online is an excellent way to reach a wider audience, but commission can be a deterrent. So, how do you easily connect with buyers via a professional online platform without it? Look no further! Artwork Archive now allows you to directly connect with buyers and collectors.
Interested buyers can contact you directly through your Artwork Archive Public Profile. All they need to do is click on the “Contact Artist” button. Viewers can also easily ask about a specific piece through the “Inquire About Piece” button. Buyers can even start to set up a sale by sending you a "Purchase Request" for an artwork.
Once you have a buyer for a work, you can process the sale. Artwork Archive has the option for you to be paid directly for your sale with the PayPal integration on Artwork Archives invoices. You can create and send an invoice and be paid directly through that invoice!

2. ENHANCE YOUR PROFESSIONALISM
You artwork is thoughtful, polished and beautifully executed – shouldn’t the website that represents your work have the same qualities?
Artwork Archive offers a simple way to create an elegant online portfolio of your work. Just select the art from your inventory that you wish to display on your Public Profile, and you’re done! Your art is beautifully presented in an online portfolio that you can share with prospective buyers and galleries.
Plus, you can customize your Public Profile with personal information such as a brief artist bio and social media links (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) to help visitors connect with you and your art.

3. EASILY BUILD AN ONLINE PRESENCE
You don’t have to be very tech savvy or hire the Geek Squad to maintain your Public Profile on Artwork Archive. Artwork Archive is extremely user-friendly so you can spend less time on the computer and more time in the studio.
Artwork Archive makes it easy to inventory all your artwork with details like size, medium, price, and notes (e.g. your inspiration behind the piece). Then, simply select the work you want to appear on the Public Profile. Managing your inventory and promoting your work in one place will help you stay organized and grow your business.
