Thank you for entering the 12th Annual Distinguished Artist Veteran exhibition. We are excited to announce that we are accepting the following works of art for exhibit:

Your images weren't labeled with the titles, so I am not sure I have these correct. Please confirm.

Pensando (Contemplating), 2020, Oil on Cradle Board $4,000 48" x 36" (first green one?)
Relajar, 2020, Oil on Cradle Board $4,000 48" x 36" (if it is the green one)
Aztec Princess, 2021, Oil on Wrapped Canvas $200 20" x 24" (if it is the one with the bee)

Please confirm all information above is correct about your work and send me any edits. Remember, we take a 40% commission, so price accordingly.

Make sure art is ready to hang with wire across the back, framed if needed, and if not framed, the edges of the canvas are painted if necessary.

Getting Artwork to us
If you are hand delivering your art it needs to be delivered between 3-5 pm on Saturday, October 2nd to The Hive at Bee Cave, in the Hill Country Galleria (across from Barnes and Noble) at 12700 HILL COUNTRY BLVD SUITE T125 BEE CAVE, TX.

If you are shipping art, it must arrive before October 2nd so that I can take it over to the gallery. Ship to:

Exhibition & Reception
The exhibit will be on display at the Hive by the Bee Cave Arts Foundation. The exhibition will run from October 8 – December 3, 2021. An opening reception (limited to artists and friends and family, due to Covid-19) will be held on Friday, October 8th from 6-8 pm.

A free visual art workshop for all participating artists is being planned for October 30th and more information will be sent out about that.
